The most inhuman point in this quote is not the killing of the enemy - no, it is that he apparently found pleasure in killing. Not even a predator finds pleasure in killing, they do it in the need of survival, otherwise they would also hunt not for the sake of survival (without getting the food) but for fun, there might be one exception and that's the wolf, the wolf can get in a fury too and slaughter a whole flock of sheep - that's the exception which proves the rule (maybe there are a few exceptions more Idk but that's irrelevant).
